I actually like this hotel chain. I liked everything from check-in to check-out. I have a daughter holding a bubble from the hat. the staff found. called and saved it for us :) Breakfasts are great, some of the most varied in recent years. where we were, and we were a lot of places :) And one of the few hotels that has a bath instead of a shower
We have to go to the center. I love to walk and it was no problem for me, even though I was alone with two kids. I feel like the hotel wouldn't have left a chance for a "-" if it involved some kind of shuttle service to/from the hotel towards the center and the train station.

I loved the hotel, since you arrive the deal is incredible, breakfasts are excellent and you have a lot of variety. cleaning is excellent and staff is always ready to help you. Our stay was quiet and beds were very comfortable, especially after having a whole day walking around Florence to arrive and have a room with a good level of rest that is worth everything. price/quality ratio seemed very good to me. It is just a few meters from the train station and already to walk if you can choose to walk like us or take a bus that passes near the place. Something that we loved is that although we had to take the train at night, we received our luggage after checking out and we could return and look for it without problems. is a plus and a point in favor, since in other places they either don't receive it or you pay extra.
I liked everything, I have no negative comments about it.

The room we were given was am upgrade to the standard double that we requested. It was quite large and spacious so I'm not sure what the standard double size would be. The bathroom was standard size but was clean. A welcome bottle of water and a good buffet breakfast that was included in the room cost were additional extras. You are also given free wi fi for 30 mins pp each day fir free to be used in the lobby area when requested.
The hotel staff that welcomed us was great however everyone else were professional but not very forthcoming with information or help when requested. The location was fine but there were no restaurants or supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Having said that Florence is quite small. The other thing is the website advertised modern rooms and we got a classical style room that had not been renovated. The staff also accidentally charged mini bad service into our account by accident.

Wonderful hotel.very good location.to the center of just 10 minutes on foot, but at the same time away from the bustling streets.breakfast is very good, all have.the interiors just charming.I had the impression that we live in a palace Medici.times.really, there is a minus-t.k.all not new, the gaps in the windows are quite tangible. We were not lucky with the weather, in May it was +9, and one of the three days it was pouring heavy rain. in general, the city is great!!! Be sure to visit the palace of the Medici, in our opinion, it is much more worthy of attention than the Uffizi Gallery. also ordered dinner in the room, because the restaurant only works for breakfast, everything is very tasty!

During our stay at Nh Firenze Anglo American, we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of Room 347. It provided a quiet and comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The early check-in option was highly convenient, and the staff were both friendly and efficient. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Despite some minor issues like the limited WiFi signal, overall we had a great experience at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to others.

A good, luxurous hotel with a nice location close to Florence city center. Room is spacious.
The staff was too corporate, unhappy and in the morning the cleaninig ladies keep banging the lockers they keep the cleaning materials. This was very noisy.
